Художник и музыкант Кирилл Новосельцев родился в Мурманской области, в городе Кировск. Сейчас он живет в Санкт-Петербурге, однако мрачные тайны небольших провинциальных городов остались одной из главных тем его сюрреалических художественных композиций.
